Front Office plays a vital role. Front Office is also called the nerve Centre of Hotel. It is the first department with which a guest comes in direct contact even before check in (at the time of reservation). Front office comprises of various sections e.g. Reception, Registration. Telephone operator, cashier, Guest Relations Executive, Bell desk, Concierge etc. Besides the above sections, a student doing diploma in this department can be absorbed in Accounts and auditing section of the Hotel.
